Unified Communications and Remote Working Specialist, Conversant Technologies Ltd, plans to increase its team based in Cwmbran, South Wales by 30 people over the next 18 months.
Conversant already has a satellite office based in Cwmbran and is excited about the plans to increase the headcount exponentially.
We intend to increase our support, managed service and account teams at our Cwmbran location, commented Patrick Copping, MD at Conversant. Conversant Technology has seen its Voice for Teams Platform grow at pace over the past 6 months as companies improve their Unified Communications and remote working capabilities in order to cope with COVID-19.
Employees are concerned about returning to work, we are working with our new and existing customers to help plan for safer working environments which includes team members being connected regardless of their location. The increase in staff will help to enable and support our customers in making the transition from centralised offices to disparate but connected teams.
