1. New Agent Functionalities
- Easily Add Favourites: Quickly access your most important contacts from your personal call history.
- Multi-Participant Calls: Involve one or more colleagues in a conversation by adding multiple participants to a single contact centre call.
- Expanded Language Support: We're thrilled to announce that Spanish is now available for our users.
- DTMF Options for Outbound Calls: Agents can now select DTMF options via the dial pad, enhancing the IVR experience (e.g., Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for support).
- Dark and High-Contrast Themes: The ROGER365.io Teams App now supports dark and high-contrast themes for a more customisable user experience.
2. Virtual Waiting
This enhancement is the perfect way to elevate the customer experience while boosting your business's efficiency. With this feature, customers can avoid lengthy waits. For instance, if a new caller is placed fifth in the queue, they will be notified and offered the option to request a callback when it’s their turn.
3. AI Integration for voice and social messaging (Enterprise only)
Similar to Teams, you can now seamlessly invite a participant into a conversation within the ROGER365.io app. This feature is particularly useful for agents who wish to bring in a specific colleague for a three-party consultation without relying on the Teams native interface.
4. Live translation between WhatsApp &Teams (Enterprise Only)
Experience real-time translations during conversations in WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams.
5. Reporting
The upgraded reporting capabilities offer in-depth insights into agent performance. This empowers managers to make informed decisions based on real-time data and recognise trends that enhance the customer experience.
