Simon, Stan, Roy and Valentine took to the stand, generating well over a dozen enquiries as they showed procurement delegates just what an integrated communications solution combining Microsoft Teams with functions such as contact centre, skills based routing, direct routing and compliance recording can make, all integrated within the patient management system.
