C360 MODULE:

Direct Routing

Flexible. Scalable. Fully customisable voice calling through Microsoft Teams.

What is Direct Routing?

Direct Routing connects Microsoft Teams to the public phone network using your own SIP trunks, via a certified Session Border Controller (SBC). This allows for advanced configuration, integration with legacy systems, and total control over your voice environment.

If your business needs more control, flexibility, or integration with existing telephony systems, Direct Routing is the perfect fit. Our Direct Routing solution enables full PSTN calling within Microsoft Teams using your preferred SIP provider and infrastructure.

Whether you're replacing an existing PBX or integrating Teams into a multi-site setup, Direct Routing gives you all the power you need — and none of the limitations.

Why Choose Direct Routing?

Total Flexibility

Choose your SIP provider, customise call flows, and integrate with legacy or hybrid systems.
