After a period of intensive growth, Conversant Technology is adding to its existing US presence with a new office in Canada!
We feel there are excellent opportunities for the fully integrated voice-led services we offer. Even though many organisations use Microsoft Teams for more than calling, very few offer the comprehensive yet bespoke options which we do. This enables our customers to run all their communications needs from one platform – be it contact centre, compliance recording, social media messaging, call analytics or direct routing.
It is a very exciting time, and we look forward to opening our first Canadian office in Toronto’s buzzing Bay Street commercial district later this summer.
