Unified Communications specialists, Conversant Technology, are now helping Microsoft Teams users get full calling capabilities from their Teams interface via their cloud technology.
Microsoft Teams users who are on the Conversant Technology platform can now completely replace their phone system and just use Microsoft Teams for all internal and external communications.
Conversant’s latest platform (Microsoft Voice for Teams) simplifies a company's infrastructure and takes away the need for any business using a separate phone system subscription outside their Office 365 license.
By bridging this gap, users can now benefit from having all their internal and external communications in one place. Moreover, their cloud technology platform allows for users to make and receive calls from their extension remotely worldwide from within the Microsoft Teams hub.
Microsoft Partners and telecom providers alike will now be able to get access to this technology without the need for additional infrastructure by adding Conversant to their offering for an extra profitable revenue stream.
Conversant Technology claim that due to their fully-managed and easy-to-access company formula, their new platform will open new doors to its partners and users by making things ‘extremely simple’.
Director Patrick Copping stated: “The Conversant business model is extremely simple. Our partners gain access to carrier grade platforms and our wealth of experience within the Microsoft Voice market without any significant outlay. We are leading the way to providing a full collaboration experience within Microsoft Teams."
Conversant Technology, who have recently struck a £500,000 investment deal to help push international growth believe their new platform will now help further escalate towards their international goal.
After several months of vigorous testing and planning, Conversant’s Voice for Microsoft Teams platform is now available worldwide. Although Conversant say the service is optimised for SME’s, it can support companies of well over 2000 users.
Microsoft claim since the launch of Microsoft Teams, 70 percent of their Skype for Business customers have made the switch and now more than 200,000 businesses are now actively using Teams.
